​ALC was licensed for business in 1995, although Mr. Leland has been employed in this profession since 1985. He is the Owner and Sole Proprietor. As a third generation craftsman, he has earned a highly respected reputation with a referrals-only clientele. We are a fully insured construction company and use only fully insured, licensed sub-contractors. While no job is too small, Mr. Leland is a custom home builder and renovator whose specialties include Historical Renovations and Rustic Motif. He has worked with Architects using styles ranging from traditional to contemporary and has built homes that have been featured in International Design Magazines. Allow us the opportunity to craft your home and you will not be disappointed.

This Lake House was built with a steel beam frame in order to maximize use of glass for optimal view. It was one of the homes Arne built that was featured in an International Design Magazine.
For the same Lake House, the exterior was constructed entirely by ALC, including all dry laid stone walls, stone patio and dock

Built for less than $1 million, this house sold for nearly $2 million less than 10 years after Arne built it.

While we did not build the church, we did re-shingle the entire roof, INCLUDING the steeple
This home is one of only a handful left of it's kind. All other builder's wanted to demolish it. It's an old Sears catalogue kit home. The original home is above the stone, till the lower roof. In order to build a secure foundation, Arne had to lift the house off the rotted one, build, and reset.
A walkway of environmentally friendly material known as IPE, an incredibly durable South American hardwood. ALC did the landscaped stone work as well.
